How often do you suggest to visit me?

This depends on the scale and scope. For a large operation I suggest a monthly visit to allow for a free flowing discussion on how the operation is performing and to give you independent external advice. For a home grower, one visit may be all you need to set you up with a great growing platform. I am always available for 1-off visits to help rectify specific issues.
I don’t know how to prune – please help me.

This is really common, and a session 1:1 or with your team can make a real difference immediately. The responses to pruning is key in understanding how the tree will grow and produce in the next several years.
